Non-urgent advice: Please Note
Please do not ask for an urgent appointment unless it is really necessary.
If you have a long-term condition and would like a longer appointment, please ask the triage doctor and they will gladly provide you with one.

Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours – if you need help when we are closed
111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Your appointment
However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:
- By phone
- Face to face at the surgery
- On a video call
Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.
If you need help with your appointment
Please tell us:
- if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
- if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
- if you need an interpreter
- if you have any other access or communication needs
Home visits
If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit.
Please call the surgery before 11.30am to request a home visit.
The administration team will ask you to provide the full name, address, telephone number and some details about the nature of your call. The Duty Doctor may contact you for further assessment prior to the home visit.
Enhanced access
As part of the Crawley Care Collaborative Primary Care Network, we have expanded our appointment capacity to better meet the needs of our local population. Both face-to-face and remote appointments are available from 6:30pm to 8:00pm on weekdays, and from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays.
What appointments can I book online?
You are now able to book the following appointments online via the NHS app or the Online services.
- Smear test with a Nurse – eligible patients are invited, and must receive this before booking this
- B12 injection – It is essential that you have been asked to book a B12 injection by a clinician (a course of B12 injections are usually given 12 weeks apart)
- Routine blood test – It is essential that you have been asked to book a blood test by a clinician – please drink plenty of water beforehand
- NHS health check – eligible patients are invited, and must receive this before booking this
